This book is good for the heart and for shaping your personal life. Everyone has everything they need for their health and development at their disposal. To live a heart-healthy life, we need tension and relaxation, successes and defeats, the feeling of being rooted and the desire for adventure. Joy, falling in love, finding meaning, contentment,
relationships with other people - all of these are protective factors for the heart. Using numerous, sometimes very personal examples
, the authors show what is good for our heart, both organically and psychologically. And they explain how weaknesses and injuries, fear, grief and negative feelings
can be an opportunity for further development. This book not only points the way to a healthier heart, but also
to more meaning and joy in life.
